Journey to Splits – Days 15 & 16 Day 15 = Foundation stretches (1-5) and then add position number 15 Day 16 = Do your foundation stretches and tack on number 16 As I mentioned before, I will post this image every other day until the end of the journey to keep from clogging up my feed.
