Journey to Splits – Day 11 Today we’re doing stretches number 1 thru 5 (our foundation stretches) and then we just add number 11. In my 20s (I’m in my 30s now), there was a brief period of time where I was able to touch my forehead to my knees doing the number 11 stretch. Those days are gone… for now. Lol! Keep stretching and improving your flexibility everyone!
