30 Day Squat Challenge: Day 30 Yes! I have finally completed this challenge; and, yes! It was challenging. All-in-all I only missed one day. I did not “make up” this missed day by doubling up the next. I think that would have killed me. During the challenge, people have constantly asked me if I saw a difference or got any results. I am happy to report that doing this challenge has made a difference. It has strengthened my thighs and improved the overall tone of my buttocks and the backs of my thighs. However, this challenge must be combined with diet and exercise to achieve any type of results. Simply doing this on its own will not make much of a difference.
