Journey to Splits – Day 11 Today we’re doing stretches number 1 thru 5 (our foundation stretches) and then we just add number 11. In my 20s (I’m in my 30s now), there was a brief period of time where I was able to touch my forehead to my knees doing the number 11 stretch. Those days are gone… for now. Lol! Keep stretching and improving your flexibility everyone!

Journey to Splits – Day 10 Are you still with me? Yeah? Good! Today we do our foundation stretches (numbers 1 thru 5) plus number 10. Ouch! Not gonna lie. Number 10 is a painful one for me. Eeek!

Journey to Splits – Day 9 Whoops! I forgot to post Day 8. Sorry about that! Today we do our foundation stretches (numbers 1 thru 5) and then stretch number 9. Try to hold each pose for 30-60 seconds. Do at least two repetitions; but don’t overdo it!
