Journey to Splits – Days 15 & 16 Day 15 = Foundation stretches (1-5) and then add position number 15 Day 16 = Do your foundation stretches and tack on number 16 As I mentioned before, I will post this image every other day until the end of the journey to keep from clogging up my feed. Even if you’re having a lazy Sunday, make sure you’re getting your stretches in.

Journey to Splits – Days 13 & 14 From now until the end of this challenge, I will post this picture every other day. That way it won’t clog up my feed. As always, we do stretches 1-5, our foundation stretches. Then we add number 13 on Day 13. On the 14th day, we do our foundation stretches plus number 14. Good luck everyone!

Journey to Splits – Day 12 After doing the foundation stretches (numbers 1 thru 5), add stretch number 12. Remember to try to hold each stretch for 30 seconds to one minute. Do at least two reps of each stretch. Most importantly: Don’t overdo it! See you back here tomorrow!
