INGLOT Freedom System Colour Play Lipstick
If you were to take a look at my lipstick collection, you might sigh in boredom. Being somewhat of a minimalist, I tend not to collect a lot of new makeup. However, doing makeup reviews and tutorials is putting an end to that. If you were to peruse my modest lip color collection, you would find mostly sheer lip stains, neutrals tones that fit almost any skin type as well as the occasional red and one (yes, only one) nude lipstick. I have been wanting to beef up my lip color collection with some colorful and not-so-commonly scene shades for a while. The new INGLOT Freedom System Colour Play Lipstick shades caught my eye right away. How could they not?
For those of you who are not familiar with the INGLOT Freedom System, allow me. INGLOT offers an array of customizable palettes for face, eyes, lips, and even eyebrow. The palettes vary in size offerings and shapes from 1 square (or round) all the way to 40 squares. The palettes are magnetized ensuring that your vibrant pans of color will not fall out. Any time you want to switch out your lip colors, you simply hold the fully detachable magnetized lid over the one you want to remove, and it instantly pops out. No muss, no fuss!
Although until now INGLOT has always offered their Freedom System Lipsticks in a round shape and offered the corresponding palettes with round pans, this new collection of shades influenced by current fashion trends is being introduced to the public in the square shape that is offered for eyeshadow palettes. Being that that there are ten new shades, the Freedom System Palette 10 Eyeshadow Square is the way to go if you wish to collect all of these vibrant new shades.
There are ten new Freedom System Lipstick Shades. They are not named – rather numbered as are all eyeshadows, lipsticks, etc. from INGLOT. The numbers for these shades are at least easy to remember since they go in order picking up where INGLOT’s permanent collection leaves off. Those numbers are: 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, & 100.
These lipstick shades have a creamy consistency and are highly pigmented. I love that they are not only fun colors, but that the formulation allows for you creative types to mix shades together in order to create new lip colors. The new INGLOT Freedom System Colour Play Lipstick shades will be available at freestanding INGLOT boutiques, INGLOT counters as well as www.Inglotusa.com starting March 9th, 2013.
The Freedom System Palette 10 Eyeshadow Square retails for $16.
The INGLOT Freedom System Colour Play Lipstick pans each retail for $6.
The INGLOT 12S lip brush retails for $16.
